February 4 is World Cancer day. A total of 20 million people from across the world are suffering due to it along with futher additions every year. It has various stages & if caught in early stages, it could be cured. If the life-style is changed, around 60% of the cases could be treated. Hence, early diagnosis is very important for it.
Primary symptoms;
1. Any unhealing wound over a longer period.
2. A swelling in any part of body.
3. A swelling in breast coupled with blood coming through excreta, urination, vomiting or coughing.
4. Voice change, difficulty in swallowing, change in natural chores, persistent cough etc.
5. Any rapid increase in swelling, or colour change or new swellings etc.
6. reduction in weight, weakeness or blood lessening.
Causes;
1. Tobacco chewing, Cigarette, pan masala etc results in various types of cancers.
2. Due to liquor inhaling too, certain types of cancer happen.
3. Smoked, salty, conserved, fried, & refined food could cause cancer.
Common types of cancer;
1. Male: Mouth, neck lung, oesophagus, stomach, & prostrate
2. Women: Mouth, neck, uterus, breast,& ovarian
Protection measures:
1. Consuming of fibrous food with vitamins
2. Pesticide, food preservation chemicals should be washed away before consumption.
3. Fried, roasted, warmed in oil & salty intake should be avoided.
4. Regular exercise & life style
Ordinance: The Central govt. had been ready for amendment in laws related to crime against women folks. It would be done through an Ordinance. The next budget session would be after twenty(20) days. It is to note that Justice Verma Committee's report had submitted it's recommendations.
Under the Ordinance, Criminal Penal Code, Indian Penal Code, & Evidence Act would be amended. The ordinance would be effective till the budget session. After the Ordinance gets passed by the President, it would become a law. It would be passed during the next session of the Parliament. The Standing Committee would recommend suitable amendments in this regard.
